Dr. Chuan Luo holds a dual PhD in Management Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and in Information Systems from the City University of Hong Kong.

His research interests center on Electronic Commerce, Information Management, Social Media Analytics, Financial Intelligence, and Knowledge Management. He has successfully led multiple research programs funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and provides consulting services for e-commerce development at the provincial government level.
