Dr. Qinghong Shuai is a Professor at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE). He graduated from the National University of Defense Technology and holds a PhD from Sichuan University. He is a prominent expert in E-commerce and Electronic Payment.

His research focuses on E-commerce and Payment Settlement, Fintech Regulation, and Digital Economy. He has authored nearly 20 textbooks and monographs and has led numerous research projects funded by the NSFC and SSFC.
